All of our prices are wholesale and are made public on the internet. You may immediately profit from our bulk purchasing possibilities.
We make every attempt to meet urgent orders wherever we can. However, this isn’t always feasible during high-volume periods. If you require your purchase to be delivered as soon as possible, please include the date that you need it to arrive in the comments section when completing your order.
Manufacture time will differ depending on the product you’ve acquired. The current manufacturing lead time is displayed above the pricing table for your chosen item. Yes. We strongly advise ordering a sample before purchase because we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
We’re sorry, but we can only deliver one sample per product. Quality assurance and sizing evaluation samples are provided.
We create our sample in bulk in order to keep manufacturing costs low for you. They’re only available in brown or white (made to order goods are only available in brown). Don’t worry, we’ll send you samples of the colors you want so that you can see how they look and feel.
Our goal is to deliver your items on time and meet your expectations. However, once we dispatch items from our warehouse, they are in the hands of the courier. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for delayed delivery caused by our courier partners.
The greatest thing to do is check your order using the consignment number from the dispatch email you received, since it’s potentially on its way. Depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location, you may expect to pay extra for shipping. Before making a payment, you may use the shipping calculator on each product’s page or add several items to your cart and input your postcode to obtain an accurate shipping cost.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us with a consignment tracking number.

A large component of our product is manufactured from 80% recycled materials, and it is completely recyclable. Please email us at info@OZBoxes.com.au if you have any questions regarding any of our products/services.
We have a large number of items accessible on our website. The presentation gift boxes are manufactured from a 285gsm paperboard, which we do not recommend shipping with. Our corrugated cardboard boxes, on the other hand, are durable and sturdy and ideal for shipping. On the product page, you’ll see a symbol indicating that the item is suitable for mailing.
