Only online orders made through www.ozboxes.com.au are subject to the following return policy:

If you want to return a product without asking questions, OZBOXES will charge you a 20% restocking fee.

• You have only 24 hours from the time you get the product to request a return.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging using your own courier.
• Please send an email to support@ozboxes.com.au or call one of our help numbers, and we will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices, among other things.
• It is recommended that the return packets be well-packaged so that the products do not suffer further damage during delivery.
• OZBOXES verifies and validates returned products to confirm the legitimacy of the return.
• Any products that are returned damaged will not be reimbursed.
  Once the merchandise is received in excellent condition, we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days.
